How do I return an item?
We recommend you use a recorded delivery method for proof of delivery. We recommend you use the same packaging your item arrived in.
Return To: Pretend To Bee Retail, Grove House, Lanthwaite Road, Clifton, Nottingham NG11 8LD. Please enclose details of your order number, name, address and reason for return.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds will only be given after items are received and inspected.
Received a wrong or faulty item?
We will refund in full (including delivery) goods returned within 28 days of receipt in respect of faulty materials or manufacture. No refunds will be given in respect of damage caused by misuse or wear and tear. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Will my delivery charge be refunded?
Your delivery charge will not be refunded in the case of perfect goods.
Do you exchange returns?
We certainly can. Follow the returns procedure above and include with your return details of the item(s) which you wish to exchange. You will not be charged extra delivery for us to resend your item.
