Ordered this for my son schools parade for next day delivery. Even though I was charged for 24 hours tracking service, the company posted this 48 hours tracking service, we received the product too late. Very disappointed. When I called to find out why, the lady on the phone said it was a mistake by their post room and apologised. Nevertheless not pleased with the service, ordered 24 hour delivery for a reason, I wonder how could day explain this to my very upset son.
